Café @ All Saints believes in serving fresh, simple, homemade food, with a menu that changes according to the seasons. The only way we are able to do this is by relying on a network of fantastic local producers who provide us with top-quality produce, fresh from the farm.
Many of our suppliers run their own farm shops, so if you like what you taste, why not pay them a visit?

Neal’s Yard creamery: We get our crème fraiche and Perroche and Ragstone goats’ cheese from this small dairy near Dorstone, which was originally part of the same company as Neal’s Yard Dairy. They make fresh and mould-ripened cheeses, yoghurts and crème fraiche. Their cows’ milk comes from Tony Norman’s organic farm in Pembridge, and goats’ milk comes from Tim & Richard Barter’s farm near Ashleworth, Gloucestershire. www.nealsyardcreamery.co.uk
Tillington Court Farm provide us with asparagus, strawberries, purple sprouting broccoli and cauliflower. Visit the farm to try out the fishing lakes and mountain boarding (they hosted part of the UK Championships in 2007) or find them at farmers markets in Hereford, Abergavenny, Monmouth and Gloucester. www.courtfarmleisure.co.uk
Bentleys provide us with our apple juice; they are specialist growers of over 12 seasonal varieties of apples, 2 varieties of pears, 9 of plums and 7 varieties of cherries. Our jam, marmalade and chutney comes from Sally’s Pantry , courtesy of Sally Edey. Sally offers a wide range of products made with Herefordshire ingredients, including preserves, pickles, chutneys, home made cakes, scones, pies and quiches.
We source our stout and golden ale from the Wye Valley Brewery , a family run business started in 1985 by former Guinness brewer Peter Amor. They also run two pubs, The Barrels in Hereford and The Rose and Lion in Bromyard, which between them have won Herefordshire CAMRA pub of the year many times. www.wyevalleybrewery.co.uk
Our smoked bacon, ham, sausages and belly pork come courtesy of Mr Tudge and his free-range Berkshire rare breed pigs. Traditional pig arks are set in a field environment to ensure the pigs have freedom of movement and enjoy a natural existence in the great outdoors! Our cider is from Dunkertons , who have made organic cider and perry to Soil Association standards since 1988. Using a traditional press and mill, circa 1930, the cider is made using time honoured methods. Dunkertons are winner of a CAMRA Premona award for best contribution to cider making in Britain.
Our water is from Berrington Spring, situated in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside at Marden. Berrington. Drawn from 35 meters the naturally filtered water from this spring is bottled daily at source in a secure and clean environment. The unique sandstone geology below the spring is responsible for the subtle blend of minerals and the crystal clear water. www.berringtonwater.com
